Cow Dung Custard

This term we have Miss Dixon on Thursdays and Fridays and each week she reads us a new story from the book Unreal! by Paul Jennings. Here is an activity we got to choose to do about the book.  It's a paragraph  about one of the characters called Greg.

Greg is a boy that lived with his dad in a small town near the ocean.Greg had a awfully ridiculous nickname that he hated.Greg has bold black hair and freckles that covers his face like autumn leaves. His name was Cow Dung Kid.His dad was a veggie lover.Every weekend Greg was sent to collect cow dung,bat droppings,pig droppings,sheep droppings and much more.Greg’s dad would always remind him to get it nice and sloppy but Greg was very annoyed about it.Greg’s dad would make batches of dung and would mix them together and would use it for his horrible veggie patch.All the people in the town hated the smell of the batches.Greg’s dad grew veggies enormously big like peas the size of golf balls and beans as long as your arm.The worst batch was batch 72.It had wombat droppings,rabbit droppings and bat droppings with a little bit of lizard.Dad was making a new batch that was very awful. It was light yellow.Greg said is looked like custard,Cow dung custard.Greg hated that smell so much.
